My wife and I had just one night in Raid Misria and we absolutely loved it. It truly is a beautiful little gem. The room was absolutely gorgeous and deliciously comfortable. The service was excellent- polite and helpful. The setting is amazing. You are right in he Medina, a short walk to the souk. Our only reservation is the problem of getting to the property. It is impossible for a taxi to get within a five minute walk of the Riad. Therefore it is really essential to call ahead and get picked up and brought to the door. Otherwise you will be prey to the local "guides". Don't let that put you off staying in this beautiful place though, highly recommended​.

Enjoyed our 8 days here. Youssef and Abdul were very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of us and even lead us down to the Médina to show us the way. Our room was lovely and very clean. The decor was tasteful. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh fruit juice was available every day.We would highly recommend this Riad

This little Riad is lovely, let me start with that. It had everything you need, clean, smart and nice rooms and you can even get a good meal and a beer! (Very rare in this city!). The place only has 6 rooms so is always very quiet. Nice cold pool to dip in when the heat of Marrakech gets too much. Nice roof terrace and the staff are very welcoming, honest and attentive! The only drawback for us was the location. Not a lot the Riad can do about that. But basically it's a gem in the middle of the 'heart' of a run down and busy part of Marrakech. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the 'big square'... but you have to know the way.... the signs to the 'big square' do not lead you the right way. Yusef from the riad explained everything that we needed to know about the city and even walked us down to the square to show us the way when we got repeatedly lost. What a legend. If you've never been to Marrakech before, make sure you know what you're letting yourself in for before you book to go. An eye opener of a place that makes you appreciate your own living standards a little more. Very aggressive people on the streets, hot, smelly and certainly a place that I can say ' I stepped out of my comfort zone' to visit. If I were to go back I WOULD go back to this Riad... but I think 2 days is enough to say you've 'seen' Marrakech and then move on to see other parts of the world. Huge thanks to all the staff there for organising trips out, taxis and showing us where is good to eat. We would have absolutely s**t ourselves if they weren't there to explain everything we needed to know.

Owner and staff were so friendly and really prepped us with good suggestions and ideas for our stay in Marrakech. The owner picked us up from our taxi on arrival and once we had settled in the Riad he sat down with us and provided us with a lot of local tips (the riad helps to organise trips to the Atlas mountains and other areas of the country you are looking to go). The two main waiters (Abdul and Yousef) were very warm and friendly. They made our stay feel very special and went out of their way to make you feel cared for. As noted by others, there is limited English but the staff always try their best to help you and can be a fun experience of broken English exchange! breakfast is simple/continental but very delicious and fresh. The owner helped organize a private Hamman and massage at the hotel for me and my family which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks at the hotel are great and fairly priced. The Riad has a really beautiful terrace which is great for sunbathing and feels very private. Our room was lovely however, there was poor air circulation in the room (but the air conditioning helps with that)! The entrance to the Riad is through a dark alley which for some and even for us on our first day seemed daunting but once we had explored the city and became familiar with the medina and the local culture we were not worried about the entrance at all. We were also really lucky that while we were staying there the owner was there too. He was great at connecting his guests and creating a sense of community.

The room are wide a nicely decorated. The riad has its own pool. The rooftop terrace is also extremely nice. The location is fairly central and easy to access the square jamaa el fna in about 10mins.We also ate there on the night of the arrival and the food was really good and flavoursome. The only potential downside is the proximity of the mosque which means you hear quite clearly the first prayer at 6am

This Riad is right in the thick of the Marrekech Medina - or old town, so its the perfect place if you're comfortable and confident enough going through the old town.The staff were so welcoming, even when we could barely communicate through my very poor basic French. They can pick you up from the airport and help you with any bookings, private tours etc.The breakfast included is also amazing, you can have it every morning on their rooftop. They have spa services, traditional Moroccan cooking classes & an indoor pool to help you escape the heat.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay luxuriously in the medina for a fraction of the cost!! So reasonably priced!! And exceptionally well maintained.Abdul was amazing, even though he spoke little English, as were all of the staff.

Loved our stay here. The host was extremely welcoming as were the staff. Arranged an airport pickup as this would have been very difficult to locate on a first visit. Warmly greeted by the owner who continued to be an excellent host. The staff were also extremely courteous and went out of their way to help us feel at home and with great tips and advice on local sights and customs. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful breakfasts and sundowners on the roof terrace, an excellent tangine dinner the evening we arrived (needs advance booking) and the excellent hamman and massage in the privacy of the riad is highly recommended. It was a fantastic start to our Moroccan holiday and we can't wait to return here.

Fantastic stay, Michel and his wife were excellent hosts from the time we arrived to the time we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, we were not looking for a full English so so were really impressed. Every little detail were taken care of, my daughter wanted hot chocolate and the very next morning it was ready for when we arrived for breakfast. Yusuf and Humza were fantastic always asking if we wanted anything extra for breakfast, ive read some negative reviews for breakfast however we found it very satisfying. Only suggestion is it would be nice to have a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Apart from that no issues.

I looked for various riads online and decided to book the apartment in Misria for my mum and myself.The owner not only replied to my emails confirming everything I was asking for could be taken care of , but also arranged pickups for us at the airport.During our stay we were very lucky to share this beautiful place with few other people, allowing us to enjoy the intimate pool and sunny terrace anytime, as well as wander out into town easily.Yes, it is not in the main square, but who would want that?!? The location is perfect distance to enable a nice walk through the souks every day and still have plenty of amenities around it.We never once felt unsafe inside or outside the riad, and instead had loads of people advising 'the square is not that way' in a somewhat helpful attempt as soon as they saw us take the alley thinking we were lost ;) Whomever complains about the prayer being loud should not leave their homes to come to a muslim country, or read about the places they visit before they go. Simple solution: ear plugs! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience of Marrakech!
